Get a fixed price
One flat price for the whole roof, in writing, before you commit to anything.
You get one flat price for the whole roof, in writing. No hourly rates, no surprises on the day and no pressure. If it's not for you, that's the end of it.

We spray it on
A low-pressure soft wash, applied from the roofline. We photograph it on the day.
On the day, we apply a biocide soft wash at low pressure, working from the roofline wherever possible. Gardens and surrounds are protected, and we photograph your roof so you can track the change.

The weather does the rest
The growth dies at the root and washes away over the following months.
This is the part people don't expect: your roof looks much the same when we leave. Over the following 3–18 months the dead growth loosens and the rain and wind carry it off. Nobody needs to go back up.
